Spanning the 16th to 19th floors, the property offers approximately 11,266 square feet of interior space with an additional 1,300 square feet of private terrace, providing panoramic Arabian Sea views. Industry estimates value the home at over ₹100 crore.
Expanding the Family
The house visit comes just weeks after Deepika and Ranveer announced they are expecting their second child. The couple shared the happy news on April 19 through a heartwarming Instagram post featuring their daughter Dua holding a positive pregnancy test, with minimal caption but maximum impact — the post received over 5.4 million likes.
