Story

Sarojini is a biographical drama based on the life of Sarojini Naidu, the celebrated poet, freedom fighter, and political leader known as the “Nightingale of India.” Directed by Vinay Chandra, the film traces her journey from childhood through her literary achievements, her marriage, and her pivotal role in India’s independence movement. It also highlights her tenure as the Governor of the United Provinces (present-day Uttar Pradesh) in independent India.
