Released on August 14, 2025, the action-packed drama opened to massive hype and delivered one of the biggest box office openings of the year. Despite mixed reviews, the film maintained steady momentum, especially in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
According to trade reports, Coolie earned approximately ₹284 crore in India over its lifetime run. The film saw a strong first week, collecting ₹229.65 crore, followed by ₹41.85 crore in its second week. Although the third week witnessed a dip, the film continued to draw audiences, adding another ₹12.5 crore to its total.
