Bollywood actor Zayed Khan has finally addressed the long-standing speculation surrounding his alleged romantic involvement with co-star Esha Deol. The duo, who shared screen space in films like Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne, Dus, and Cash, were often the subject of gossip columns due to their frequent collaborations. However, Zayed has now set the record straight.
In a candid conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Zayed firmly denied any romantic relationship with Esha, stating, “No, I was never in a relationship with Esha Deol. We have done a lot of films together. I was always with my wife, Malaika, and Esha and Malaika have always been good friends.” He added that Esha has always been a “sweetheart” and a “buddy for life”.
Zayed Khan married his childhood sweetheart Malaika Parekh in 2005, and the couple shares two sons. He emphasized that he was already committed to Malaika during the time he worked with Esha, dismissing the rumours as baseless.
The actor’s clarification comes at a time when retrospectives on early 2000s Bollywood pairings are gaining renewed attention. His statement not only clears the air but also highlights the respectful bond he shares with both Esha and his wife.
With this, Zayed joins a growing list of celebrities choosing to address past rumours with honesty and grace—reminding fans that not every on-screen spark translates to real-life romance.
