The Telugu horror comedy film “Om Bheem Bush”, directed by Sree Harsha Konuganti, has garnered both audience and critical acclaim since its theatrical release on March 22, 2024. The plot revolves around three ambitious individuals—Krish, Vinay, and Madhav—who decide to start a business called “Bang Bros A to Z Services” in the village of Bhairavapuram. Their goal is to make quick money, but their plans take an unexpected turn when Krish falls deeply in love with the Sarpanch’s daughter. To marry her, Krish and his friends embark on a daunting quest to retrieve a treasure hidden within the haunted Sampangi Mahal, guarded by a ghost. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and challenges. “Om Bheem Bush” is set to make its OTT debut sooner than expected, streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting April 12, 2024.
The film’s first half has received positive reviews, with Sree Vishnu expressing his satisfaction with the unique concept. He stated, “Harsha gave me a new idea. Generally, we stick to one genre. But ‘Om Bheem Bush’ has a unique point that no one has attempted before. We thought of telling it in an entertaining way. If we narrate a new point in a fresh manner, some might not connect to the film. If we offer entertainment along with a new point, there is a high chance that our purpose will be served.”
