Megastar Chiranjeevi Awarded With Padma Vibhushan By President Droupadi Murmu

Megastar Chiranjeevi, a versatile actor known for his contributions to the film industry in multiple languages, was honored with the Padma Vibhushan, India’s second-highest civilian award. 

The award was presented by President Droupadi Murmu at an official ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. Chiranjeevi, accompanied by his wife Surekha, son actor Ram Charan, and daughter-in-law Upasana Konidela, graced the grand stage in his signature black suit. 

The theater erupted in cheers as he accepted the prestigious honor. With a career spanning over 150 films, Chiranjeevi has made significant contributions to cinema, working in Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada movies. His notable works include films like ‘Rudra Veena’, ‘Indra’, ‘Tagore’, and ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. 

He was previously honored with the Padma Bhushan in 2006 and is currently busy shooting for his 156th project, 'Vishwambhara’123.
