Story

Season 3 of The Rings of Power is set five years after the fall of Eregion, with Middle-earth engulfed in war. Sauron, now firmly established in Barad-dûr, is consumed by his quest to forge the One Ring, threatening Elves, Dwarves, Men, and Wizards alike. The teaser reveals epic battles, uneasy alliances, and the forging of the One Ring itself. Galadriel reunites with Celeborn, Gandalf embraces his true identity, and the terrifying Nazgnagôl make their debut. New characters include Thrain (Eddie Marsan), Anarion (Andrew Richardson), Marnûkh (Adam Young), and Celeborn (Jamie Campbell Bower). Simon Pegg voices the Balrog, marking the creature’s first spoken appearance. With darker tones, massive battle sequences, and emotional reunions, Season 3 promises to be the most ambitious chapter yet, blending Tolkien’s lore with cinematic spectacle.
