Directed by Asramam Chellappan, Help Line is a drama-romance centered on Greeshma, the daughter of actress Manohari. She falls in love with her colleague Sreekuttan, but his parents oppose their relationship. Influenced by her friend Nissa, Greeshma grows close to businessman Prem, trusting him with her gold. However, she is cheated and drawn into a police case. Her father rescues her, and eventually Annamma Teacher arranges her marriage with Sreekuttan.
