Thudarum

Story

Thudarum is an action thriller directed by Tharun Moorthy, co-written with K. R. Sunil. The film stars Mohanlal as Shanmughan, a humble taxi driver in the hill town of Ranni who treasures his aging Ambassador car. When circumstances threaten to take it away, he must prove how far he will go to protect what he holds dear. The movie blends emotional drama with intense action, featuring Shobana, Prakash Varma, Binu Pappu, Thomas Mathew, Amritha Varshini, and Farhaan Faasil in supporting roles. Music is composed by Jakes Bejoy, with cinematography by Shaji Kumar and editing by Nishadh Yusuf. Produced by M. Renjith under Rejaputhra Visual Media, it became one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films of 2025.
