Pakistan Orders Complete Blackout Amid Rising Tensions

Dear Residents,

In light of the current war situation, the Pakistani Armed Forces are responding with full strength and unwavering resolve to defend our beloved homeland against Indian aggression. This is a time of national emergency that demands unity, vigilance, and responsible action from all citizens.

As per directives from the Government of Pakistan and Security Agencies, a COMPLETE BLACKOUT is to be enforced in all private housing societies, including Bahria Town, effective immediately.

Blackout Timings: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM – Daily until further notice

 

All residents are instructed to strictly follow these safety precautions: • All street lights will remain OFF throughout the night. • Residents must turn off all exterior/homefront lights. • Use only essential indoor lighting and ensure windows are fully covered (draw curtains/blinds). • Avoid unnecessary travel during blackout hours. • Stay informed through official government channels (TV, radio, and verified online sources).
