Overview With Star Cast: Karikaala is an upcoming pan-India socio-fantasy adventure film directed by Ugandhar Muni and produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Rajashekhar Annabhimoju under Shining Pictures. The film features Sundeep Kishan in a never-before-seen warrior avatar and is inspired by the imaginative world of classic Chandamama tales, combining fantasy, adventure, ancient folklore, mystical powers and forgotten kingdoms. The film is planned as a two-part cinematic saga, with the first chapter scheduled for July 2, 2027. The currently announced cast includes Sundeep Kishan; details of the remaining cast are yet to be announced.
