Story

Train is a high-octane action thriller directed by Mysskin. The story unfolds aboard a speeding train hijacked by armed assailants, turning passengers into hostages. Vijay Sethupathi plays a lone fighter battling against the odds to rescue innocent lives. Shruti Haasan’s character adds intrigue, with hints of her possibly being an antagonist. Narain portrays a police officer coordinating the rescue mission, while Nasser, Sampath Raj, KS Ravikumar, and others enrich the ensemble cast. The teaser showcases intense action sequences reminiscent of Hollywood thrillers like Snowpiercer and The Taking of Pelham 123. With Mysskin himself composing the music, cinematography by Fowzia Fathima, and editing by Sri Watson, the film promises gripping visuals and a tense narrative. Produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu’s V Creations, Train has been in production since 2023 and is finally gearing up for release in 2026.
