Mad Square

Story

Mad Square is a 2025 Telugu action-comedy film written and directed by Kalyan Shankar, produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. It is a sequel to the 2023 blockbuster Mad. The film stars Narne Nithiin, Sangeeth Shobhan, Ram Nithin, Priyanka Jawalkar, and Vishnu Oi in lead roles, with Raghu Babu and others in supporting roles. Cinematography is by Shamdat Sainudeen, editing by Naveen Nooli, and music composed by Thaman S (background score) and Bheems Ceciroleo (songs).

The story picks up four years after the events of the first film. Ganesh “Laddu” (played by Ram Nithin) is now in jail, while his friends Ashok (Narne Nithiin) and Damodhar (Sangeeth Shobhan) navigate new challenges in their lives. Their college camaraderie evolves into adult responsibilities, but chaos follows them everywhere. Priyanka Jawalkar plays the female lead, adding charm and emotional balance to the otherwise wild narrative. The film blends slapstick humor, witty dialogues, and action sequences, making it a youthful entertainer. With its energetic performances and vibrant music, Mad Square continues the franchise’s legacy of laughter and friendship, while exploring themes of loyalty, mischief, and growing up.
