New Bajaj Pulsar 150 2026: New Look, Engine, TFT Display and Top Highlights
Bajaj Auto has launched the all-new 2026 Bajaj Pulsar 150 in India, giving the iconic motorcycle a substantial makeover for its 25th anniversary. Unlike a routine cosmetic update, the new Pulsar 150 gets changes to its engine, gearbox, chassis, suspension, design and technology while retaining the familiar Pulsar identity.
New Bajaj Pulsar 150: Price
The new Bajaj Pulsar 150 starts at an introductory ₹1,15,233 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The range extends to around ₹1.23 lakh for the top-spec variant with the TFT display and connected features.
Sharper New Look
One of the biggest highlights is the redesigned styling. The motorcycle gets a sharper Wolf-Eye LED headlamp, redesigned front-end elements and a more muscular fuel tank with sharper extensions.
Despite these updates, Bajaj has retained the unmistakable Pulsar silhouette, including its aggressive stance and sporty road presence.
New 149.5cc Engine
The 2026 Pulsar 150 is powered by a new 149.5cc single-cylinder engine producing 14 PS at 8,500 rpm and 13.7 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a revised gearbox designed to offer smoother performance.
The motorcycle also gets an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) on higher variants. Bajaj says the system enables automatic start-stop functionality, which can help improve fuel efficiency while making engine restarts smoother.
Monoshock Suspension
Another major mechanical change is the introduction of a new frame and monoshock rear suspension. The outgoing Pulsar 150 used twin rear shock absorbers, while the new setup is intended to improve ride quality and handling.
5-Inch TFT Display
Technology is another major upgrade. The top variant gets a 5-inch TFT instrument console, while lower variants receive a colour LCD display.
The TFT-equipped version offers connected features such as Google Maps navigation, call and SMS alerts, music controls and document storage.
Three Riding Modes
The new Pulsar 150 also introduces Rain, Road and Sport riding modes, allowing riders to alter the motorcycle's riding characteristics according to conditions. Single-channel ABS is available for braking safety.
