She was born in Udaipur, Rajasthan, but grew up in Bangalore, Karnataka, where she completed her schooling.

Before entering films, she pursued a degree in Dental Science from Mathrusri Ramabai Ambedkar Dental College.

Her entry into the entertainment industry began with modeling and television commercials, which led to her film debut.

She made her Kannada film debut with Meravanige (2008), but her breakthrough came with Manasaare (2009), earning her critical acclaim.

Aindrita has acted in multiple languages, including Kannada, Bengali, and Hindi, showcasing her versatility.

She won the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada for her role in Bhajarangi (2013).

In 2018, she married fellow Kannada actor Diganth Manchale, and together they are considered one of the most admired couples in the industry.

Despite her success in films, she has maintained a strong interest in academics and once considered pursuing dentistry seriously before choosing acting.
