Aishwarya Lekshmi started her career as a medical doctor before entering modeling and acting. She made her film debut with Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela (2017), but her breakthrough came with Mayaanadhi (2017), where her performance was widely praised. She quickly became one of the most sought-after actresses in Malayalam cinema, appearing in hits like Varathan (2018) and Argentina Fans Kaattoorkadavu (2019).
