Ayesha Khan grew up in Mumbai in a family with roots in Bihar. Her father, Shahab Khan, hailed from Pakribarawan, Bihar, while her brother Shahbaz Khan serves in the Indian Merchant Navy. From a young age, Ayesha was drawn to performance arts and began her career as a junior artist in television. She made her debut in Ekta Kapoor’s Kasauti Zindagi Kay and later appeared in Baalveer Returns (2019) as Birba, which gave her initial recognition.
Her film career began with the Telugu movie Mukhachitram (2022), where she played Maya Fernandez. She followed this with roles in Om Bheem Bush (2024) and Manamey (2024). She also made special appearances in songs like “Motha” from Gangs of Godavari (2024). In 2025, she gained widespread attention for her dance performance in “Shararat” from Dhurandhar, and starred as Ruhi Mirza in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 alongside Kapil Sharma. She also played a police officer in Jaat (2025), marking her entry into mainstream Hindi cinema.
Ayesha’s popularity skyrocketed after her stint in Bigg Boss 17 (2023), where her bold personality and charm resonated with audiences. She has also appeared in Ravi Dubey’s romantic web series Dil Ko Rafu Karr Lei. Despite controversies, including being detained during protests in Mumbai in 2026, she continues to be a rising star in Indian entertainment.
