Deepanwita Goswami is a filmmaker and creative professional whose work spans direction, sound design, and continuity in short films. She contributed as an assistant director and script/continuity department member in Manu (2023), and worked in the sound department for Chaduvu (2024). Her versatility across different aspects of filmmaking highlights her technical expertise and collaborative spirit.
Beyond her film credits, she is pursuing studies in film and visual communication at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. Her creative projects often explore themes of culture, identity, and socio-economic realities, as seen in her work They Are Not Meant To Tell This Story, which examines tribal traditions and the intersection of culture and economics. She represents a new generation of Indian filmmakers blending academic rigor with socially conscious storytelling.
