Fahadh Faasil, born Abdul Hameed Mohammed Fahad Fazil, is one of the most versatile actors in Indian cinema, known for his powerful performances in Malayalam and Tamil films. He has won a National Film Award, multiple Kerala State Film Awards, and Filmfare Awards South, establishing himself as a leading figure in contemporary Indian cinema.
Fahadh Faasil was born on 1982-08-08 in Alappuzha, Kerala, India, to renowned Malayalam film director Fazil and his wife Rozina. He made his debut in his father’s film Kaiyethum Doorath (2002), which was a commercial failure. After a hiatus, he returned with Kerala Cafe (2009) and soon gained recognition for his roles in Chaappa Kurishu and Akam. His breakthrough came with 22 Female Kottayam (2012), followed by acclaimed performances in Diamond Necklace, Annayum Rasoolum, and North 24 Kaatham.
Over the years, Fahadh has built a reputation for portraying complex characters with depth and realism.
