Gal Gadot, born on 30 April 1985 in Petah Tikva, Israel, is an internationally acclaimed actress, model, and producer best known for portraying Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe films. Raised in Rosh HaAyin, she first gained recognition after winning the title of Miss Israel 2004, which led to her participation in the Miss Universe pageant. Following her pageant success, Gadot served two years in the Israel Defense Forces as a combat trainer, an experience that shaped her discipline and screen presence. She began her acting career with the Israeli TV series Bubot (2007) and made her Hollywood debut as Gisele Yashar in Fast & Furious (2009), a role she reprised in subsequent films of the franchise.
