Gayathri Suresh is a Malayalam actress and model who entered the entertainment industry after gaining recognition through beauty pageants. Born on August 24, 1992, in Thrissur, Kerala, she developed an interest in dance and performing arts from a young age. She studied in Thrissur and completed her graduation before beginning her professional career.
Before becoming an actress, Gayathri worked in the banking sector. She was recruited through a college placement and worked at South Indian Bank. Her victory in the Miss Kerala 2014 beauty pageant became an important stepping stone towards modelling and acting.
Gayathri made her Malayalam film debut with Jamna Pyari (2015), starring opposite Kunchacko Boban. The film introduced her as a leading actress and helped her gain recognition among Malayalam audiences.
She subsequently appeared in films including Ore Mukham, Sakhavu, Oru Mexican Aparatha, Varnyathil Aashanka, Kala Viplavam Pranayam, Naam, Children's Park, Mahe and Escape. She has also worked in Telugu cinema, including Nenu Leni Naa PremaKatha and Gandharwa.
Apart from acting, Gayathri has explored television presenting, modelling and music. Her career has gradually expanded beyond Malayalam cinema, with appearances in films across South Indian languages.
