Hazel Keech, also known by her modeling name Rose Dawn, was born to a British father and an Indo-Mauritian Hindu mother. She studied at Beal High School, Redbridge, London, where she was active in stage performances, dance, and theatre. She began her career as a model and dancer, appearing in music videos, advertisements, and item numbers before transitioning into films.
Her acting debut came with the Tamil film Billa (2007), followed by her Bollywood debut in Bodyguard (2011), where she played Kareena Kapoor’s friend. She later appeared in Maximum (2012) and participated in Bigg Boss 7 (2013). After marrying cricketer Yuvraj Singh in November 2016, she adopted the name Gurbasant Kaur. Hazel has since taken a step back from acting, focusing on family life and motherhood.
