Ira Khan, born on 8 May 1997 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is an Indian film and theatre director. She is the daughter of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his first wife, Reena Dutta. Ira is known for her creative pursuits behind the camera rather than acting, focusing on theatre productions and social initiatives.
She studied at Lilavatibai Podar High School (Mumbai), completed her IB Diploma at B.D. Somani International School, and later attended University College Utrecht in the Netherlands. Ira has directed plays and is actively involved in mental health awareness campaigns.
In her personal life, Ira married fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare on 3 January 2024.
