Jared Joseph Leto began his career in the early 1990s, gaining recognition with the TV series My So-Called Life (1994). He transitioned into film with notable performances in Prefontaine (1997), Fight Club (1999), and American Psycho (2000). His dedication to method acting became evident in Requiem for a Dream (2000), where he portrayed a heroin addict with haunting realism.

Beyond acting, Leto achieved global fame as the lead vocalist of Thirty Seconds to Mars, a band formed with his brother Shannon Leto. Their albums, including A Beautiful Lie (2005) and This Is War (2009), cemented their place in alternative rock.
