Niharika Konidela began her career as a television presenter, hosting popular Telugu dance reality shows like Dhee Juniors before transitioning to acting. Her debut film Oka Manasu (2016) earned her recognition, and she later appeared in films such as Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren (2018), Happy Wedding (2018), Suryakantham (2019), and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy (2019). Alongside acting, she ventured into digital content creation, producing web series like Muddapappu Avakai (2016), Nanna Koochi (2017), and Mad House (2019).
In 2015, she launched Pink Elephant Pictures, producing innovative projects including Committee Kurrollu (2024), which won her the SIIMA Best Debut Producer Award (2025). Despite facing setbacks in her acting career, she has carved a niche as a producer and entrepreneur. Her personal life also drew public attention, particularly her marriage to businessman Chaitanya Jonnalagadda in 2020, which ended in divorce in 2023.
