Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was born in New Delhi and raised in a disciplined environment due to her father’s army background. She pursued law at the Army Institute of Law, Mohali, and simultaneously developed a passion for theatre and modeling. Her breakthrough came when she won Femina Miss Manipur 2018 and was among the top 12 finalists of Femina Miss India 2018, which opened doors to the entertainment industry.
She made her acting debut in Choti Sarrdaarni (2019) as Meher Kaur Dhillon, a role that earned her widespread recognition. Nimrit later participated in reality shows like Bigg Boss 16 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, showcasing her versatility and resilience. Known for her strong screen presence and articulate personality, she has become one of the most admired faces in Hindi television.
