Nitin Mehta, born and raised in an Army family, spent much of his early life traveling across India due to his father’s postings. He completed his schooling at DPS Ghaziabad before joining the National Defence Academy and later the Indian Military Academy, where he was commissioned as an officer. Serving as a Para (Special Forces) officer, Mehta dedicated over two decades to the Army, participating in several operations and representing the Army in para-athlete sports such as rowing.
After sustaining injuries to his neck and spine, he opted for voluntary retirement in 2016. At the age of 44, he began a new journey in modeling, quickly gaining recognition for his unique appearance and well-groomed beard. His transition into acting followed naturally, and he has since worked in Telugu films, carving a niche for himself in roles that demand intensity and grit. His story is one of resilience, reinvention, and passion for performance.
