Nivedita Bhattacharya began her career in television in the late 1990s, debuting with Kya Baat Hai (1997). She quickly became a familiar face on Indian TV, especially for her role as Urvashi Singh in Saat Phere: Saloni Ka Safar (2006–2009). Her strong screen presence and ability to portray layered characters earned her recognition in the industry. She later transitioned into films, appearing in Kya Kehna (2000), Darr @ the Mall (2014), Phobia (2016), Shubh Mangal Saavdhan (2017), and Chicken Curry Law (2019).
In recent years, Nivedita has expanded her career into web series and socially relevant films. She appeared in Bambai Meri Jaan (2023) and played a key role in Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War (2023). A graduate of Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow, she balances her professional life with her personal life alongside her husband, actor Kay Kay Menon. Known for her versatility, she continues to be active in television, films, and digital platforms.
