Nora Fatehi

Nora Fatehi, born Naura Fathi on 6 February 1992 in Toronto, Canada, is a Canadian dancer, actress, and model of Moroccan descent who has become one of the most recognized performers in Indian cinema. She began her career with the Bollywood film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans (2014) and soon gained popularity for her dance numbers in Telugu films such as Temper, Baahubali: The Beginning, and Kick 2. She also appeared in Malayalam films like Double Barrel and Kayamkulam Kochunni. Her breakthrough in Bollywood came with the song “Dilbar” from Satyameva Jayate (2018), which became a viral sensation and established her as a leading dancer in the industry.

Beyond films, Nora has built a strong presence in music videos, reality shows, and international performances. She participated in Bigg Boss 9 (2015) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9, further expanding her fan base. Known for her belly dance skills and charismatic stage presence, she has featured in hit songs like “O Saki Saki,” “Kusu Kusu,” and “Dance Meri Rani.” Her global recognition grew when she performed at the FIFA World Cup 2022 closing ceremony as part of the official anthem Light The Sky, and later at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 opening ceremony, making her the only Bollywood artist to perform at both major sporting events.
