Pudipeddi Ravi Shankar, born on 1966-11-28 in Madras (now Chennai, Tamil Nadu), is a renowned Indian actor, dubbing artist, director, and writer. Popularly known as Sai Ravi or Bommali Ravi Shankar, he has predominantly worked in Kannada cinema, while also appearing in Telugu and Tamil films. He began his career as a child artist (1978–1981) and later transitioned into full-time acting from 1986 onwards. His commanding screen presence and powerful dialogue delivery have made him one of the most recognizable villains in South Indian cinema.
