Rannvijay Singh was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, into an army family. His father served as a Lt. General in the Indian Army, and Rannvijay initially considered following the same path. However, his life changed when he participated in MTV Roadies in 2003, emerging as the winner of its first season. His charisma and adventurous spirit made him a natural fit for television, and he went on to host and judge MTV Roadies from 2004 to 2020, becoming synonymous with the show.
Beyond Roadies, Rannvijay has acted in Bollywood films like Toss: A Flip of Destiny (2009), London Dreams (2009), and Action Replayy (2010), as well as Punjabi films such as Dharti (2011). He also starred in the TV series Pukaar – Call for the Hero (2014). Known for his passion for bikes, fitness, and youth culture, Rannvijay has built a strong fan base and continues to inspire young audiences through his work in entertainment and entrepreneurship.
