Rembon Justin Balraj began his career as an assistant art director in 2006 with the film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. Over the years, he established himself as a skilled art director, working on more than 15 films across Tamil cinema. His early successes include Subramaniapuram (2008), Jayam Kondaan (2008), and Eeram (2009), where his detailed set designs added authenticity and atmosphere to the storytelling.
By the 2010s, Balraj had become a sought-after art director, contributing to films like Thani Oruvan (2015), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Magamuni (2019), and Andhaghaaram (2020). His work is praised for blending realism with cinematic aesthetics, making him one of the notable names in Tamil production design. Alongside films, he has also worked on short films, advertisements, and independent projects, showcasing his versatility.
