Sakshi Agarwal grew up in Almora before moving to Chennai, where she pursued her education and career. She completed her schooling in Chennai and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Anna University. She further pursued an MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru. Before entering films, she worked as a business consultant with Infosys and later with Tata Consultancy Services. Her passion for modeling and acting eventually led her to quit her corporate career and pursue entertainment full-time.
Her acting career began with Kannada cinema in Software Ganda (2014), followed by her Tamil debut in Yoogan (2015). She gained recognition with films like Ka Ka Ka: Aabathin Arikuri (2017), Kaala (2018) alongside Rajinikanth, and Viswasam (2019) with Ajith Kumar. She also appeared in Cinderella (2021), Bagheera (2023), and Purusha Pretham (2023). In addition to films, Sakshi participated in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3 (2019), which significantly boosted her popularity. Known for her glamorous roles and versatile performances, she has also been active in modeling, featuring in numerous commercials and fashion campaigns.
Sakshi continues to balance her film career with modeling and social media presence, where she engages with fans and promotes fitness and lifestyle content. She remains unmarried and is focused on her professional growth in South Indian cinema.
