Sandra Annette Bullock, born on July 26, 1964 in Arlington County, Virginia, is an acclaimed American actress and producer whose career spans over three decades. Raised partly in Germany due to her mother’s work as an opera singer, Bullock grew up bilingual and developed an early interest in performance. She studied drama at East Carolina University before moving to New York City to pursue acting. Bullock’s breakthrough came with the action thriller Speed (1994), which established her as a leading Hollywood star.
