Sangeita Chauhan began her career in modeling before transitioning into films and television. She made her Bollywood debut with Jhankaar Beats (2003) and later appeared in Kannada films such as Luv U Alia (2015) and Sharp Shooter. Her breakthrough came with the Hindi TV serial Ek Shringaar-Swabhiman (2016), where she played the lead role of Meghna Solanki Singhania, earning her recognition in the Indian television industry.
Apart from acting, she has participated in reality shows like Bigg Boss 10 and Rising Star. In her personal life, she was first married to Chirag Shah (2009–2017) and later married actor Manish Raisinghan in 2020.
