His most iconic roles include Ramlal in Sholay (1975), Amitabh Bachchan’s father in Deewaar (1975), and Inspector Verma in Don (1978). He also appeared in classics like Kati Patang, Amar Prem, Yaadon Ki Baraat, Zanjeer, Kaala Patthar, and Namak Halaal. Kapoor remained active until his passing in 2007, leaving behind a legacy of memorable supporting performances that enriched Indian cinema.
