Shonali Nagrani was born on 20 December 1983 in New Delhi, India. She studied at Good Shepherd School, Bagdogra, and Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, before graduating in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi. Her career began with modeling and pageantry, where she was crowned Femina Miss India International 2003. Representing India at Miss International 2003, she achieved global recognition as the 1st runner-up.
She transitioned into television and films, hosting the Indian Premier League (IPL) for four years and appearing in Hindi films like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (special appearance, 2008). On TV, she participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 2 (2009) and later acted in web series such as Tandav (2021), where she played Aditi Mishra. Known for her elegance and charisma, she was also listed among India’s “50 Most Desirable Women” by the Times of India in 2011 and 2012.
