Simran Sharma, born and raised in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, developed an early interest in acting and performing arts. She studied at Convent of Jesus and Mary, Chelsea, Shimla, and DAV Public School, New Shimla, before completing her graduation from a private college in Shimla. Later, she moved to Mumbai to pursue acting and trained at Anupam Kher’s acting school, which gave her a strong foundation in performance.
Her career began with television, where she appeared in Fear Files: Darr Ki Sacchi Tasvirein (2014). She made her Bollywood debut with Blue Mountains (2017) and later acted in films like Ego (2018), A Gift (2018), and Hum Char (2019). She also gained recognition in web series such as Mind The Malhotras (2019), Undekhi (2020), and Oka Chinna Family Story (2021). Simran has also featured in Punjabi music videos, including Maninder Buttar’s Laare (2019).
