Snigdha Nayani, popularly known as Snigdha Sharma, was born on 1981-01-15 in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. She grew up in Eluru, where her father Jagadeesh worked as a doctor and her mother Rajeswari was a homemaker. She pursued her MBA at CR Reddy College in Eluru and initially worked as an HR Manager at Logic Bytes in Hyderabad before entering the entertainment industry. Her career began as a playback singer under the stage name Nayani, with her first work in the film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge.
Her acting debut came with B.V. Nandini Reddy’s Ala Modalaindi (2011), where she played the protagonist’s close friend. Since then, Snigdha has appeared in multiple Telugu films, gaining recognition for her versatile performances. Apart from acting, she has composed music and sung playback for various films, establishing herself as a multi-talented personality in South Indian cinema.
