Sydney Sweeney began her acting career in 2009 with small roles in films and TV shows, gradually gaining recognition through projects like Everything Sucks!, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Sharp Objects. Her breakout came with HBO’s Euphoria (2019–present), where she played Cassie Howard, a role that earned her widespread acclaim and a Primetime Emmy nomination. She further solidified her reputation with her performance in The White Lotus (2021), which also earned her critical praise and another Emmy nomination.

Beyond television, Sydney has starred in films such as Reality (2023), Anyone But You (2023), and Christy (2025), where she portrayed boxer Christy Martin.
