Taapsee Pannu, born on 1987-08-01 in New Delhi, India, is a versatile Indian actress who works across Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil cinema. Fondly nicknamed Maggie, Glam-doll, and Goddess of Flop Heroes, she began her career in modeling before making her acting debut in the Telugu film Jhummandi Naadam (2010). She followed this with Aadukalam (2011) in Tamil, which won six National Film Awards, and later entered Hindi cinema with Chashme Baddoor (2013).
Her breakthrough came with Baby (2015) and Pink (2016), both critically acclaimed and commercially successful. Since then, she has starred in films like Naam Shabana (2017), Mulk (2018), Badla (2019), Thappad (2020), and Rashmi Rocket (2021). She also produced Blurr (2022), marking her debut as a producer.
