Biography

Ulka Gupta, whose real name is Ulka Gagan Gupta, rose to fame as a child actress portraying Manu (young Rani Lakshmibai) in Zee TV’s historical drama Jhansi Ki Rani. Her performance was widely praised for its maturity and emotional depth, making her a household name across India.

She later transitioned into films, debuting in the Telugu movie Andhra Pori (2015), where she played the lead role of Prashanti. She also appeared in Rudhramadevi (2015), showcasing her ability to adapt to different genres and regional cinema.

Ulka continued to balance her television and film career, taking on diverse roles that highlighted her acting range. She has also worked in Marathi cinema, with her debut film Odh (2016).
