Vedita Pratap Singh began her career as a model and gained recognition after winning the Channel V reality show India’s Hottest (2008–2009). She later transitioned into acting, making her debut with Bhindi Bazaar and earning praise for her performance. Her versatility was further showcased in Mumbai 125 KM, where she played the female lead, and in JD (2017), where she portrayed a journalist.
Born on 1987-10-09, Vedita grew up in Allahabad and studied at Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer, before graduating from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She also trained in theatre and participated in productions like Kader Khan’s Taash Ki Patti, which toured across India and Dubai. Beyond films, she has appeared in television shows such as SuperCops vs Super Villains.
