Aishwarya Lekshmi is a talented Indian actress and producer, widely recognized for her work in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu cinema. Born on September 6, 1991, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, she initially pursued a career in medicine, earning her MBBS degree from Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Ernakulam, before transitioning into the entertainment industry.

Her journey began as a model in 2014, featuring on magazine covers and endorsing brands before making her acting debut in Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela (2017). The film was a success and won her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South. She gained further recognition for her roles in Mayaanadhi (2017), Varathan (2018), and Kaanekkaane (2021). Her portrayal of Poonguzhali in Ponniyin Selvan: I (2022) and Ponniyin Selvan: II (2023) solidified her position as a promising talent in South Indian cinema.
