Anoop Menon is an Indian actor, director, screenwriter, lyricist, and producer. He was born on August 3, 1976 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India and has been married to Shema Alexander since 2014.

Menon began his career on television with the Asianet serials Swapnam and Megham. He has acted in more than 75 films, including Beautiful (2011), 1983 (2014), and Padma (2022). He also wrote and debuted as a lyricist for the 2011 blockbuster Beautiful. Menon has also worked on the TV shows Mounaragam and Himalaya Roadies.
