Anupama Parameswaran, an Indian actress and model, predominantly works in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil films. Born on February 18, 1996, she hails from Irinjalakuda, Thrissur district, Kerala. Anupama attended CMS College Kottayam, Kerala, majoring in Communicative English before embarking on her acting journey.

Her debut came with the Malayalam film “Premam” (2015), where she portrayed Mary George alongside Nivin Pauly. Anupama then ventured into Telugu cinema, starring in projects like “A Aa”, where she played Nagavalli “Valli” alongside Nithiin and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. She also appeared in the Telugu remake of “Premam”. Her Tamil debut was in “Kodi”, where she starred opposite Dhanush.
