Catherine Tresa Alexander (born September 10, 1989) is an Indian actress and model best known for her work in Telugu and Tamil cinema.

She was born in Dubai to Malayali parents, Frank Mario Alexander and Tresa Alexander, and completed her schooling there before moving to Bengaluru for higher education. During her student years, Catherine developed diverse talents—she learned piano, trained in singing, dancing, ice skating, and debating, and even volunteered with Emirates Environment. At just 14, she began amateur modeling, which later led to professional assignments with brands like Nalli Silks, Chennai Silks, Fast Track, Josco Jewellers, and Deccan Chronicle. She made her film debut in 2010 with the Kannada movie Shankar IPS and gradually established herself in South Indian cinema, earning recognition for her performances in films such as Madras (Tamil), Paisa (Telugu), and Sarrainodu (Telugu). Known for her striking screen presence and versatility, Catherine has built a reputation as one of the prominent actresses in contemporary Telugu and Tamil films, balancing glamour with strong character portrayals.
