Debchandrima Singha Roy is a talented Indian actress, model, and digital creator who has made a strong mark in Bengali television and web entertainment. Born on March 29, 1999, in Singur, Hooghly, West Bengal, she grew up in Kolkata and developed a passion for acting and modeling early on. She received formal training at the Samrat Modelling and Performing Arts Institute during her school years, which laid the foundation for her career in the entertainment industry.
Debchandrima made her acting debut in the Bengali TV serial Kajallata (2017) and gained wider recognition with roles in Tekka Raja Badshah (2018), Sanjher Baati (2019–2022), and Shaheber Chithi (2022–2023), where she played the lead role of Chithi across 207 episodes. Her transition to digital platforms was equally successful, with standout performances in web series like Homestay Murders (2023), Preme Pora Baron (2024), and Parineeta (2024). In 2024, she made her Hindi television debut as Deeya in Suhagan Chudail, a supernatural thriller that showcased her versatility.
