Megha Akash is an Indian actress who has made her mark in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi cinema with her versatile performances and charming screen presence.
Megha Akash was born on 26 October 1995 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to a Telugu father and a Malayali mother, both of whom worked in the advertising industry. She studied at Lady Andal School in Chennai and later graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Visual Communications from Women’s Christian College, Chennai. Her multicultural background and exposure to creative fields from a young age shaped her interest in cinema and storytelling.
She made her acting debut in the Telugu film Lie (2017), opposite Nithiin, where she played the role of Chaitra. Her Tamil debut came with Petta (2019), starring alongside superstar Rajinikanth, which gave her significant visibility in Kollywood. In the same year, she entered Bollywood with Satellite Shankar (2019) opposite Sooraj Pancholi, marking her presence across three major film industries.
Over the years, Megha has appeared in several notable films including Raja Raja Chora (2021), Premadesam (2023), and Sahakutumbaanaam (2025)*, showcasing her ability to adapt to diverse genres ranging from romantic dramas to family comedies.
