Biography

Nidhi Subbaiah is an Indian actress and model known for her work in Kannada and Bollywood films. Born on February 16, 1985, in Kodagu, Karnataka, she later moved to Mysore, where she spent most of her childhood. Before stepping into the entertainment industry, Nidhi was a national-level sailing champion, winning multiple gold medals in Visakhapatnam and Chilka Lake.

Her acting career began with Abhimani (2009), but she gained recognition with Pancharangi (2010) and Krishnan Marriage Story (2011), both of which were box-office successes. She later starred in Anna Bond (2012) alongside Puneeth Rajkumar, further cementing her place in Kannada cinema. Nidhi made her Bollywood debut with Oh My God (2012) and played the lead in Ajab Gazabb Love (2012), showcasing her ability to transition between industries.

Apart from films, Nidhi has been a popular face in television commercials, notably appearing in Fair & Lovely ads. She also participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 8, where she was the first contestant to be evicted in the second innings.
